ustwo™ has worked with Sony Mobile to produce an animation to help promote Sony´s media applications for Xperia™. Our brief was to create a warm, social, natural and playful animation, hinting at the functionality the applications offer a user.

The “WALKMAN” application brings together high quality sound and is perfect for listening, discovering and recommending music. The “Album” application is ideal for viewing, sharing and sorting pictures using Sony’s intuitive Globe view. Finally users get to watch their favourite movies and TV shows in high picture and sound quality through the “Movies” application.

Sony proudly presented the animated video at the IFA in Berlin earlier this week along with its latest devices.

We worked closely with our friend and animator Raoul Alpkut and redloop on sound design.
