The Role
Our London studio are looking for a talented Project Manager to join our inspiring family of design nerds and technical geeksYou'll be an essential part of our operations and will be influential from day one, ensuring our projects are being run to their absolute best, clients are contented and that team members are always enthusiastic.

Must have...• Proven experience of agency-side project management
• Experience interfacing directly with clients
• Experience leading £100k-£1m+ projects in mobile and or web, apps, user interface or UX.
• Experience leading project teams of up to ten people
• Multi and cross-platform project management experience
• Experience working with visual and motion designers
• Experience managing project budgets
• Excellent time management
Nice to have...
• Client-side experience for a major technology brand
• Experience of interaction design
• Knowledge of user centered design, usability principles and techniques
• Experience working within Agile/SCRUM process
Project & team management
• To mentor and develop your designated team in various aspects of their work• To forecast, manage and review project budgets, reporting to the management team
• To contribute to the further development our working processes
Responsible for the following deliverables:
• Supervising the interaction, visual and motion design teams
• Managing resources across projects and with fellow project managers
• Keeping clients happy
• Working with business development team to further develop clients
• Working with project managers to ensure the respective project teams are on point
When on active projects...
• To be responsible with your team for estimates and delivery of the project
• Organise projects using Agile methodology
• Collaboration with Account Director and Finance Director to ensure projects are resourced and budgeted effectively
• To interface with clients and stakeholders
• To understand client's complex organisational structures and to act accordingly
• To present concepts and ideas to clients of all levels
• To be aware of and mitigate against project risk

• Design Tools: OmniGraffle, Illustrator, Photoshop, Flash, Axure, After Effects• Project Management Tools: Basecamp, Unfuddle, Jira
